These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Alevate Membership (“Membership”) offered by Alevate (the “Co‑operative”), a partnership between agencies and technology providers. By purchasing or activating your Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Alevate is a co‑operative alliance of agencies and platform providers designed to give businesses access to premium tools, software platforms, AI technology, and expert support through a bundled annual membership.
Through group buying power and agency‑level licensing, Alevate enables Members to access systems at significantly reduced cost while retaining full ownership of their data and workflow configurations.
our Membership includes a 12‑month access term to the suite of tools, systems, and services described in the Membership offer, which may include:
CRM and automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, myCRMsim, or equivalent
AI voice agent software such as SynthFlow AI or equivalent
Migration and setup support to transition your existing accounts, data, automations, calendars, forms, and funnels
A set number of 1‑on‑1 strategy sessions across CRM automation, ads/media buying, and AI voice system setup and optimisation
These services are provided for the duration of your Membership and may vary depending on the specific offer you purchased.
During migration, all reasonable care is taken to ensure:
No loss of data
Full preservation of pipelines, workflows, contacts, tags, funnels, appointment types, calendars, and form data
Minimal business disruption
Continuity of operations and campaigns
Migration typically takes 3–5 business days following your induction call.
The Membership term is 12 months from the date of activation.
The annual Membership fee is $5,000 NZD (or equivalent), unless otherwise stated.
A $97 NZD deposit may be required to reserve your seat. This deposit is fully creditable and refundable only under specific conditions (see Refunds section).
Full payment (or first instalment) must be made by the deadline listed in your offer.
Membership access, onboarding, and migration commence only after payment and your induction call.
The deposit is fully refundable only if you attend your scheduled pre‑induction call and choose not to proceed.
If you fail to attend or “no‑show”, the deposit becomes non‑refundable.
Once full payment is made and access to platforms has been activated, the Membership fee becomes non‑refundable, as licensing and system provisioning occur immediately.
Refunds, cooling‑off periods or exceptions may apply only where required under New Zealand consumer law.
You retain ownership of your accounts/sub-accounts and data at all times.
You will be migrated into Alevate’s agency license environment, but you retain full access and ownership of all your data and automations.
All existing workflows, websites, forms, settings, contacts and calendars remain intact.
Alevate will provision new accounts for you under our agency infrastructure.
Your access lasts for the full 12‑month term.
You may:
Renew your membership under updated terms, OR
Export of your data back to a standalone subscription with the provider.
You agree to use the provided software, systems, and support in compliance with:
All applicable platform Terms of Service
Local and international laws (including SMS/email marketing regulations)
Privacy and data handling requirements
You are responsible for your own:
Contact data
Campaigns and communication activities
Automations, SMS/email sending practices, and AI usage
Alevate is not responsible for campaign performance, lead quality, revenue generation, or business outcomes.
The Membership includes the number of strategy sessions specified in your offer (e.g., CRM, ads, automation, voice agent strategy).
Sessions must be booked and used within the 12‑month Membership term.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Hands‑on implementation is not included unless stated; however, optional implementation services may be purchased at discounted member rates.
Alevate may suspend or terminate your Membership if you:
Breach these Terms
Use the services unlawfully or in breach of platform licensing rules
Provide false information
Engage in harmful, abusive, fraudulent or disruptive behaviour
Termination may result in loss of access to tools, support, training sessions, and Membership benefits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Alevate’s liability is limited to the Membership fee paid.
All software and services are provided “as is” without guarantees of performance, outcomes, or results.
Alevate is not liable for downtime, changes, errors, or limitations caused by third‑party platform providers (e.g., GoHighLevel, SynthFlow).
Alevate is not responsible for business revenue loss or communication errors resulting from user configuration, campaigns or automation settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
Alevate may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
